For Fiero, Clu not only helped them identify their KPI’s but also built data tools so they could dive deeper into understanding their data. Fiero’s data sets are both physical and digital; data pulled from a physical location mixed with digital account information. Correctly blending the two data sets required ingenuity and building custom capture points to map the end customer.
Fiero was able to gamify LBE’s (location based entertainment) and provide real time updates as customers interact with activites. By tracking when customers “checked into” activities, Clu was able to create a heat map that displayed the movement and patterns of customers. Understanding how customers interact with every facet of a business often unlocks surprising insights into customer and employee behavior.
